Sometimes a phone is unveiled that just leaves us in awe. Literally, something that we simply can't believe. And frankly, the LG Viewty is one of the most incredible mobile phones we've ever come across!
Absolutely Viewtiful
First off, the most obvious question: why have LG named it Viewty? Well, after looking in the urban dictionary, which is where LG got the name, we found this:
Viewtiful: Something flashy or stylish. Someone with superpowers.
Yep, those two summarise the LG Viewty rather exactly, actually! It's built on top of the same Flash operating system as the Prada, with a huge touchscreen, meaning that it's an absolute joy to use. By the way, the animated wallpaper with the fish on it, that follows your finger around, is, possibly, the single coolest thing in the world!
Ultimate Camera
Thinking about it, we've changed our minds on that. That honour goes to the camera on the LG Viewty! Weighing in at a huge 5 megapixels, you'll be taking some of the sharpest, nicest photos ever, on this beauty. However, not content with giving the LG Viewty 5 megapixels, LG have also packed it full of features that are quite honestly stunning. In the Viewty, you'll find staggering Schneider-Kreuznach lenses, image stabiliser (anti-shake is always welcome for superb photos), ISO8000 Smartlight (to give you perfect pictures in the dark) and coolest of all, manual focus. Want to focus on one particular thing? Just touch where you want to focus on the LG Viewty's screen, and it focuses in on that person, or building, or whatever. Not only is that novel, it's fantastically useful, as well!
The LG Viewty will also record super-high quality video. Not only that, but you can slide it into 120 frames-per-second mode, and then record slow-motion action shots, just like John Woo. After that, you can edit shots in sequence, to produce your own movie. Oh, and after that, just press one button and you can instantly upload the whole thing onto Youtube. It doesn't get much more exciting than that! Now throw in loads more cool stuff, such as Google Maps, and lots of media options, and the LG Viewty becomes a serious contender for greatest phone ever. You may have worked out how we feel about it, but we'll spell it out. The LG Viewty is rather perfect in every possible way!
