Stealthily Smart
It's amazing how many people in the world want a feature-rich mobile phone, but also want a traditional-looking phone, with a normal keypad, that's easy to use, and so on. In the past, there's never really been anything like that, it's been all or nothing...
But now, there is a phone like that, one that mixes up classic looks with cutting edge features and raw smartphone power. Complete with a brand new version of the Symbian interface, it's the beautiful Sony Ericsson G900.
Touchy-Feely
Hiding inside the traditional-looking body of the Sony Ericsson G900 is a brand new version of the Symbian UIQ interface, complete with a fabulous new feature called StickyNotes. In essence, they let you stick virtual post-it notes on the idle screen of your phone, with reminders, or important dates. It sounds daft, but it's one of the most useful features ever seen, and you can even scrawl notes for your phone in your own handwriting!
Of course, that feature wouldn't work without a touchscreen, and the Sony Ericsson G900 does indeed have a great touchscreen! It really does the make the phone intuitive and fun to use.
Work/Play
With that touchscreen, it'd be a shame if the Sony Ericsson didn't exploit it. Well, we're happy to report that it really, really does, especially when you fire up the document reader/editor. Imagine Office in your pocket, and you'll get the idea. So, whether writing your novel, or checking the latest sales spreadsheets, you can do it on your G900.
It's not all work and no play, though. The Sony Ericsson G900 shows off its fun side with its built in music player, letting you drown your ears in banging sounds! Then, if you're in the pub, or watching TV, and you're really getting wound up because you can't work out what the song you're hearing is called, just fire up the built-in TrackID feature, and let your phone tell you!
Awesome Camera
Oh, and of course, it has a camera. Granted, not many mobile phones nowadays don't, but the Sony Ericsson has a massively powerful 5 megapixel camera... and when you factor in that this is from the people who make the awesome Cyber-Shot range of phones, you can tell you're in for a treat!
With so much packed into its beautiful body, the Sony Ericsson really is a stealth smartphone!
